Your ticket includes full access to the Hands-On Training Day on April 22. During registration, attendees will be asked to select their primary area of interest from one of the following tracks:

What does my registration include?
Summit registration includes admission to attend the Summit 2027 Conference (April 20-21, 2027). This includes access to all conference sessions on April 20-21, 2027, Daily breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks, Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner and Conference materials.
Is Training Day included with my Summit registration?
No. Training Day (April 22, 2027) is an optional add-on and is not included in the Summit registration fee. Attendees who wish to participate in Training Day must purchase a separate Training Day registration in addition to their Summit registration. Training Day provides additional educational and training opportunities beyond the main conference program.
Does hotel accommodations included in the registration?
No. Hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Attendees are responsible for booking their own hotel accommodations.
The hotel reservation link and booking instructions will be included in your registration confirmation email.
The discounted room rate is available until March 31, 2027, or until the room block is sold out, whichever comes first. We encourage attendees to book early to secure the discounted rate.
When is the Early Bird registration deadline?
The deadline for Early Bird registration is February 1, 2027.
By registering before the deadline, attendees can save:
- $200 on Summit Registration
- $100 on Training Day Registration
What is the Group Discount?
Register 5 or more attendees from the same organization in one transaction and receive 10% off Summit Regular Registration plus 5% off Add-On Training Registration.
- The group discount will be automatically applied once the fifth attendee is added to the registration.
- The group discount applies to conference registrations only and must be purchased in a single transaction.
- Group discounts cannot be applied retroactively to registrations completed separately.
- The group discount does not apply to Training Day registrations, Student registrations, or Guest registrations.
Who qualifies for the Student Registration rate?
Attendees registering at the Student Rate must present a valid student ID or other proof of enrollment at the conference check-in. Failure to provide proof of student status may result in payment of the applicable registration fee.
Who qualifies as a Guest?
A Guest is a person accompanying a registered attendee who:
- Is not employed by the attendee’s organization
- Is not a dentist, researcher, or axiUm client
- Has no professional, scientific, or educational interest in the Summit
What is the Cancellation Policy?
All registration cancellation or substitution requests must be sent to summit@henryscheinone.com by March 15, 2027.
No refunds or credits will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the registration payment.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel after March 15, 2027?
No. Cancellation or substitution requests received after March 15, 2027 are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for registration.
